Shop Policy

By visiting our Website and/or purchasing a digital or physical product from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

Rae Michelle Planners currently accepts payment via most major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Discover) as well as PayPal.

Order Processing

We process orders within 4-7 business days (excluding federal holidays, weekends, and shipping team’s travel periods which will be clearly posted on sales/product pages no later than 7 days in advance).

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation containing details. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or e-mail info@raemichelleplanners.com for additional assistance.

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to mistyped addresses. Destination address cannot be modified once your shipment has been transferred to USPS. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/invalid address, we will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping fees) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available, and use the tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

If you haven’t received your order in 14 business days (domestic) or 28 business days (international), please e-mail info@raemichelleplanners.com, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally via USPS. International orders are occasionally shipped via UPS. Shipping times depend on your location. We are located in and ship from Tampa, FL. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping timelines are typically 7-14 business days.

Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs may be assessed by the customs authorities of the importing country depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Online Store Terms

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Digital Download Terms

Upon purchasing your digital download, the following actions are permitted:
– Downloading file to your device
– Using files for PERSONAL use

Upon purchasing your digital download, the following actions are prohibited:
– Reselling in digital or printed format
– Editing/modifying product for resale
– Uploading image of file to the Internet
– Using files in promotional offers (giveaways) without written consent

Processing time to receive your digital download via email (which also serves as your purchase receipt) is typically within one hour.

Though there is no current maximum download limit, abuse is not tolerated. I reserve the right to discontinue your download capabilities at any time if abuse is suspected.

Copyright of design remains with the artist. Purchase does not transfer rights.

Products or Services

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear at the online store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at my sole discretion. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

We take great pride in the products offered at Rae Michelle Planners and strive to satisfy every customer. However, for all digital products and Mosaic Planners™, returns and exchanges will not be granted.

Please ensure you are researching the products PRIOR to purchase. Lack of understanding will not serve as justification for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

For physical products other than the Beautiful Budget Workbook, we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Returns should be sent to 5474 Williams Rd, Suite 1A, Tampa, FL 33610.

If you order any product from us and it arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@raemichelleplanners.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
